Building was abandoned for over 20 years. It was vandalized throughout, pigeon poo everywhere, asbestos concerns needed abated, holes through the roof and water damage penetrating through all floors, a home for neighborhood cats, and certainly no electrical/plumbing/HVAC. We re-thought some of the layout and made a first floor commercial office space with two large conference areas and kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms, apartment 1 has is two levels with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and apartment 2 is 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.
