Built in 1923 and on the Historical register in Chicago. This renovation of a co op apartment was a long time coming as no had lived in the unit in over 20 years and all of the finishes were original. A lot of TLC and restoration made this unit a modern classic blend of styles keeping the classic bones it was born with
