This remodel involved removing an exterior wall that separated the tiny kitchen and sun room in this 1928 house. The entire sun room was sloping and had to be leveled at the foundation before we could move forward. There were a lot of unique challenges we faced with an older home but the kitchen turned out fantastic and inviting and the clients will be very happy for years to come.
