Historic Georgetown Renovation
When we started the renovation, the house had been used as an apartment with one unit down and the other up. So we gutted the turn of the century Queen Anne house to the studs and discovered a 1700's house that had been expanded. We re-thought the plan layout for present day livability. The single car garage was added in the process. The house is unique in that is one of the few examples of a jerkinhead roof in Georgetown.
