Historic Old Town Estate

This Old Town Key West home was originally located on the corner of Duval Street and Fleming Street and was rolled down Fleming Street in 1912 where the 2.5 story, frame house came to rest in its current location on the corner of Elizabeth Street.

The restored architectural molding is set off by a cool blue paint color in the Living Room. A blend of traditional style and streamlined modern furniture pieces creates an eclectic look. The multi-colored blown glass chandelier adds a memory point to the room.

Celadon upholstered wood frame and wing back host and hostess chairs surround a seamless white marble dining table. A custom wood range hood over high sheen tile highlights one wall while windows flanked with glass upper cabinets house the return wall. Large scale lanterns hang from the coffered ceiling and a peninsula allows for dining just beyond the kitchen.

A light wood four poster bed is centered in the Master Bedroom with nailhead encrusted Bernhardt Cabrillo nightstands for storage. The ceruse chest between the French doors to the balcony allows for additional functional storage. Assorted alabaster table lamps provide ambient lighting.

Gray blue Phillip Jeffries grasscloth wraps the walls in the Master Suite seating area creating a backdrop for the large scale print wing chair and graphic print loveseat. The large faux bois chandelier makes a statement in this relaxation space.

The Master Bath is outfitted with custom espresso finished cabinetry and frosted glass backsplash set in a herringbone pattern. A Capiz shell chandelier casts soft lighting throughout the spa-esque bath.
