This project took place in the Garfield district near downtown Phoenix. This home was built in the 1920's and is a century old.

We stuck with the roots of this home keeping original baseboards, doors, hardware, and refinished the originally wood floors that were hiding underneath the linoleum. In 1 bedroom we added a closet, the kitchen received a facelift, but the biggest part of this remodel was the addition of a master bed and bath at the exterior of the home.
