Historic Renovation Circa 1901

This home was a total gut, rehab with addition. Spray-foam insulation, Encapsulated Crawl, Original windows On Front, large kitchen, Laundry, covered porch, master Closet added on backside. office space added to seconded floor.
All new plumbing fixtures, wiring, HVAC. Old Bones but completely new high functioning mechanical's and thermal envelope.
