This is the state of the little cottage when we began this project. A Greek revival replica of the larger estate home behind on the left. Built in the late 1800's of old growth California redwood, this gem is ready for some needed attention.

Lots of progress! Structural work, rebuilt rear kitchen space, restored original windows, rebuilt porches, reclaimed redwood siding, new cedar shingle roof, copper gutters and paint. all done and still so much work to go.
