This pre-Civil War Era farmhouse in the heart of St. Matthews was renovated in phases over the course of several years. The second floor bath and one of the existing bedrooms was converting into a beautiful master bath with a custom designed and built keeping room. The carriage house was damaged by a spring storm and the unfortunate loss of one the hundred year old cottonwood trees on the property. It was rebuilt to compliment the home design, and the area was landscaped by Jeffery Skelton, landscape designer from Frank Otte Landscape and Design.
