The ensuite bathroom consists of a Shower Stall, Bathtub, Watercloset and Vanity. There is a skylight over the shower stall and bathtub in order to have an outdoor feel and to maximize natural lighting within the area.

The lower level consists of an open floorplan in which the living, dining and kitchen are adjacent with each other. The stone cladding also extends within the interior as accent and wood finishes are used abundantly in the interior.
