The Holly Street Project was substantially remodeled to allow for the homeowner to live in and enjoy her home during retirement. The project featured a large two-story addition that showcases the natural beauty of the adjacent Rock Creek Park. The project also featured the building and installation of a three-level elevator, a full basement remodel (including sauna), a full kitchen remodel, and multiple bathroom remodels.
