The goal for the utility room was to create a multi-purpose space that would function as a laundry room, office and storage area while maintaining a design appeal that coordinated with the rest of the home. Key features include a broom closet, drying rack, functional desk space for crafting and work overflow, and built-in storage galore. Material finishes consist of a beautiful 4x4 ceramic tile backsplash as well as a multi-tonal brick-like floor tile.
