This office had become a bit of a dumping ground for papers and boxes. It was painted rust and had a very dated, dull feel. When the husband started a new business working from home the unused office space needed to be recreated to suit him. We selected a soft heather grey (BM) color for the walls and reconfigured the space so that he could face the windows. The L shapes desk maximized the work space. A casual upholstered chair was added for guests and two prints reflecting his Pittsburgh roots finished the space. A simple cornice was added to create a finishing touch for the windows.
