This was the first flip property I worked on for a real estate company. I was brought in and asked to chose paint color, flooring, tile for bathrooms and vanities, counter top in kitchen and kitchen back splash.

For this home since it is a small home I kept it clean and simple with the same grey paint: Modern Grey. The flooring is very sleek and modern looking and it is laminate from Floor and Decor. The tiling in both bathrooms we kept simple with regular 12X12 main tiles and a catchy accent strip. Moving to the kitchen we added a brown and grey speckled granite counter top which added luxury and pull the whole kitchen together. The back splash is a mosaic white and clear glass tile which can be found at Floor and Decor as well.
