Home Remodeling - Seattle, WA
Capitol Hill Home Customization — Full HVAC Upgrade & Interior Remodel
Seattle, WA
This beautiful four-level home in Capitol Hill belongs to our client Joseph and his family. They purchased the property in early 2024 and quickly fell in love with its design and location. However, once summer arrived, Joseph realized the home’s cooling system wasn’t sufficient — the builder had installed only one AC unit on the main floor.
That’s where AG Construction & Remodeling stepped in. Our goal was to improve the comfort and functionality of the entire house while maintaining its modern look and structural integrity.
Scope of Work
HVAC Upgrade: Installed three additional AC units across different floors to ensure consistent cooling throughout the home.
Electrical Reinforcement: Added a new central power unit on the rooftop to support the additional systems.
Structural Coordination: Carefully routed electrical lines through all four floors without damaging existing walls, meeting all inspection standards.
Flooring Replacement: Removed carpets in the bedrooms and replaced them with hardwood flooring that perfectly matches the original tone.
Interior Repairs: Repaired minor damages (caused by the family’s playful dogs ?) to the master bedroom door and trim.
Project Highlights
This project demonstrates how thoughtful planning and skilled execution can transform comfort in a multi-level home. What started as a simple HVAC upgrade evolved into a full functional improvement — ensuring energy efficiency, balanced cooling, and enhanced interior aesthetics.
