This was an existing home which we renovated to create an open concept floor plan. We took the existing home and reworked nearly every area. New first floor layout, new custom kitchen, signature bathrooms, large laundry room and gorgeous office space. The new layouts feature bright, spacious open areas allowing for easy flow from one room to another. The mixture of traditional and contemporary elements was a huge success and play well off of each other.
