The owners of this 6,000 square foot home tossed us the keys to their house an hour before departing for Europe. The goal was to convert the dilapidated 1960's house into their French Mediterranean styled dream home, fully furnished, in 8 weeks! After meeting our team, sharing their vision for their new home, and signing the contract, they left for the airport. Thirty minutes later the demolition crews arrived to the site asking us what to demo!

The entire interior was gutted that day. We started with redesigning the kitchen, vaulting ceilings, fireplace removal, and creating audio/visual layouts and lighting design for the future smart home. Next, we focused on all major finishes: counter slabs, flooring, paint and stain, custom plumbing fixtures and hardware for the entire home. Parallel to supervising construction daily, we designed the furniture layouts, selected lighting fixtures, mirrors, details, custom furnishings and all decor elements. All details, down to books, throws, pillows, candle holders, vases, and floral arrangements, were carefully selected and installed prior to the owners' return. Even a custom engraved playroom swing and embroidered bedding for their daughter was included!
