This small ADU conversion was designed to fit maximum usage into a very small footprint. By fitting bathroom and kitchen spaces into one enclosed plywood "box" (with lofted bed sitting on top) we were able to keep the remainder of the space open and flexible.

The resulting 260sqft feels like an open and comfortable loft space that feels much larger than it is.
