The old kitchen was dated and needed a revamp so seller could flip this house. We used our builder line...US Cabinet Depot with a basic granite color to keep the costs down. She decided to keep the existing floor as well to keep cost down. We re worked the layout by getting rid of oven/cooktop and installing a 30" range to allow for more countertop space and better work flow. The biggest change was taking out all the soffits to really open up the room and make it feel larger.
