This new house for a young family is presently under construction. With two children and another on the way this young family needed more room, and came to AOJ asking for a design that would fit into their small town neighborhood on a relatively narrow lot.

A few minor changes were made during construction, but the main ideas of large front porch, sloping roof over the stair, set back garage, and traditional form and detailing remain in full force.
