If you peruse the images below of this magnificent home you will see why we named it as we did. The home is on a lake and the views are breathtaking!

The scope of work included:
Phase one which involved complete demo of all the flooring throughout the one level on this home including the casita. Next we demoed the kitchen, laundry room, powder room, store room, primary closet and garage.

Phase two involved demo and remodeling the office and primary bathroom.

We installed new flooring throughout and we did a complete revamp of all the electrical adding recessed lights, changing out light fittings, adding LED strips, etc.

We also painted the entire interior of the home from floor to ceiling.

We specified furniture and art for the entire home including the following spaces:
family room, living room, kitchen/dining area, office, primary bedroom, kids bedrooms X2 and kids family room.

Working with this family was the biggest treat because it's not every day that you come across and have the privilege of working with such wonderful people. (although we have had a lot of super awesome clients!) These people were a pleasure from beginning to end and we enjoyed every minute of this awesome project.

Most important, they were thrilled with the results of the project and are loving their "new" home and nothing makes us happier!
