A Realtor was interested in providing gifts to buyer clients upon closing a deal. At signing, a framed rendering of the home being purchased was framed and presented at closing. The Realtor wanted a photograph of the home in question to be graphically enhanced to provide a rendered, clean look for framing. Using a poor quality MRIS photo, Wicked Design transformed the image into a render work of art to meet the requirement.

In this instance, the lawn and street were widened to provide more visual space. Cars were removed from the driveway, and the spaces then filled in using the components of the home. Items such as as trash cans and cracks were also removed. A sky and clouds were added to help deliver a pleasant atmosphere.
