Here are photos of a house flip I worked on. It is a bungalow located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. When working on this kind of project, budget and time are very important. A good design combined with smart decisions is key to selling the house quickly and at the best price. My client wanted to get rid of the wall separating the kitchen and the living room. Because of budget limitation it wasn’t possible. As a designer it is my job to work with what already exists. Before, the wall was lifeless. I decided to make it the most interesting wall in the house. The textured wall and the lighting really make a statement. All that is missing is a wall-mounted television!
