This 3 stars Austin Energy Green project was green in almost every aspect; construction, interior design and finish out. In the heart of Hyde Park we built a Modern Craftsman style 2 unit condos, which fit the architecture of this desirable central Austin neighborhood. Limited by McMansion laws this development took great advantage of space to its maximum capacity.

We also applied green design to this project from material used such as pebbles, cork & bamboo flooring, furnishings, and light fixtures.
