Iman's Residence

This project was a year in the making. This 2 storey condo was stripped down to the studs and we started from there. Luxury tiles, flooring, and kitchen was all ordered from Europe. We used gold accents and a lot of black and white. Each room in the condo has its own theme but the rooms flow together. We introduced a tribal flare since Iman’s parents are from east Africa.

This dining area came together with pops of colours and touches of tribal. We went with a custom dining table with a porcelain base, velvet chairs, and a custom bone inlay planter. Here we treated a bulk head with gorgeous drapery. We went with a tribal inspired sideboard and velevet chairs. The diagonal floors add some dimension to the space.

Playing on patterns and textures allowed for a beautiful dining room. With went with a lot of black and white with pops of colour.

We with with a green velvet sectional and pops of pink. The porcelain slab surrounds the TV and creates a glamourous space. The bone inlay coffee table adds texture as well as the fiddle fig tree. Living Room
Views to the main floor office. We went with a black and gold theme with pops of colour. The gold archway to the office creates a grand entry. We built two accent niches for african sculptures and a new build out for extra storage and beautiful stone. We finished off the place with lucite details...

Living Room perfection! Pops of colour and high ceilings make the space feel rich and welcoming. The live greenery and florals add a touch of elegance. We used rich fabrics like velvet and houndstooth textures.

An open concept space perfect for entertaining. We tied in the lighting with fringe light fixtures in different shapes. We went with a bone inlay coffee table and planter for the dining table. The drapery spans the width of the unit making it feel like one open space
