The clients saw a similar expanded window in a neighbours home we had done asking if we could do the same for them. A much larger opening was desired to bridge the two existing windows with one large one. As you can see we achieved a much better view of the backyard and ravine beyond by blowing out the wall, adding a structural beam and trimming it out without disturbing the recently renovated kitchen. Not a single tile was broken and the exterior brick work was completed to look like the opening was always there.
