IN DESIGN -- The original house is a 1950's ranch, typical of the neighborhood and surrounding area. The house had previously been renovated to include an in-law suite at the rear of the house. The client wishes to do a whole house renovation, and rejoin the rear apartment with the rest of the house. The design of the renovation tackled many challenges including the inclusion of several Feng Shui principles which guided the reorientation of doors, the location of bathrooms, and the overall circulation through the house.
