Infinity Deck With Subtle Lighting

Small decking job but providing an "infinity" deck look whereby we covered all the concrete outside the railings as well. Inserted some nice inset lights along the one side to provide some mood lighting in the evening.

A nice look at how the floor lights match up with the lighting from the harbour and how they provide some nice background lighting for an evening sit. Beautiful when you look from inside the condo as well.

The objective here was to turn a small condo balcony into a larger feeling space with some lighting for the evening. This balcony overseas Toronto islands and to match it up with the water we decided to create an "infinity" balcony where all the outside concrete was also covered with cedar decking...

We installed four, low voltage, inset lights along the back wall of the balcony. They will provide some lovely background light during the evening and allow for an intimate sit at the same time. You can see the staggered board pattern which was chosen and the close to natural stain colour.
