We are putting sealant down to cover up any lines, holes and areas that need to be sealed to keep it waterproof.

It's a long process, but every open area must have sealant put on it.

In this picture, we have just washed off the sealant and are waiting for it to dry. We have put in place a guard rail around the edges.

Once the sealant dries, we have to sand down every inch of the plywood.

Sanding is another long process but every area of the patio must be sanded down.
