Took a wall out separating the kitchen and living space. Removed a sliding patio door and put in a regular door to the deck. This allowed the refrigerator to be moved where a center island, with seating, can now be added. LVT flooring in the kitchen, painted cabinets, new backsplash.

Changed home from beige and browns to shades of gray and white, with black accents. Painted all walls and trim along with new carpet.

Bathroom cabinetry was painted, 12x24 tiles replaced the 12x12’s, installed new toilets and put in a Jacuzzi tub with tile surround in the main bath.
