A new deck with dual access stairs makes it easy to get into the new sitting space in the side yard. The horizontal lines feel more open than the previous latticework. A door allows for storage under the deck.

The short screens allow easy access to garbage and recycling cans yet keep them hidden from view. Removing an unhappy tree tidied up the area.
