When one says location, location, location they mean this place. Even on a hot and humid summer day the breeze still cools the skin as you are surrounded on three sides by water. Elements of the grounds and the original structure remain such as the 100 year old oak tree and the stone fireplace. Inside though, where there were dark and small rooms it is now open and full of light.
