This was a complete gut renovation for both Kitchens.

The bottom Kitchen with darker flooring actually had a stairway in the middle. We sealed that off which made more room for cabinets and countertops. As well, where the peninsula is located was actually a wall with no opening. We opened the wall making a pass-through window so the homeowner can interact with the guests while entertaining.
