We're a little late in getting after pictures, but nonetheless, we have them! Sylvia and Callie worked with this homeowner on blueprint revisions, fireplace designs, lighting selections and placement as well as all the finish material selections and everything in-between! The result is a cohesive mix of contemporary and transitional design. We're absolutely thrilled with how the home turned out and hope you love it too!

The front foyer's metal cable stair railing and chandelier add a touch of contemporary design to the otherwise transitional main floor.

Designing this fireplace was one of our favorite parts of the whole project. Mill Creek Custom Cabinetry did an amazing job getting the floating shelves/mantles to work!

Because the floating shelves/mantles were so deep, creating a way to support them was somewhat of a challenge. They just look so great with the stone and totally complete the look of the fireplace.

The great room area is absolutely stunning. Custom drapery and the blue stools add just enough "pops" of color to the overall space.

Ugh...this KITCHEN! Granite countertops, glass mosaic backsplash, custom metal vent hood, custom drapery, and the blue stools complete this gorgeous kitchen.

Mill Creek Custom Cabinetry did a great job with all the cabinetry in this house, but this kitchen is fantastic!

The master suite is more contemporary in design style. Trimwork received a darker, richer stain than the rest of the main floor to help achieve this. The color scheme also changes from brown tones to gray.

The master bath's focal point is the soaking tub. It is surrounded by black ledgestone to protect the walls from any water splashing, but also to add warmth to the space. We love the touches of yellow the homeowner has added!

The "floating" vanity provides a lot of storage without feeling overpowering. Everything from towels to toothbrushes have a place to be stored out of sight.

The dark espresso stain color used for the trimwork was also used on the cabinetry in the master bath. Pendant lights and quartz countertops add to the contemporary design style while still adding some elegance to the space.

The other side of this basement family room is where the kitchenette/wet bar area is located. It's the perfect place to play a game of cards with the family!

The barn doors open up to reveal the kid's playroom! A chevron pattern was designed and painted on the walls to add some fun and color to the room. The barn doors create some separation from the rest of the basement and allow Mom and Dad to close the doors on their kiddos' mess when needed! Win-Win!

The basement is definitely more contemporary in design. While the stain color stayed the same as the main floor, the dark espresso color from the master suite was added into elements such as cabinetry, the fireplace mantle, and barn doors.

This fireplace was also super fun to design! We used the same tile style on the upper portion of the fireplace as the lower - just changed up the colors! A wood mantle is interrupted by a vertical metal accent that we think really changes the overall look of this fireplace!
