A major remodel for customer with original 2700 square feet expanding to over 5000 square feet. Iron doors provided an upscale look and with the operable glass, allow owner to take advantage of the summer monsoon breeze to cool the house.

This project was a complete architectural and design makeover. The original house was 2700 square feet and now pushes over 5000. The homeowner wanted a distinct look with large wrought iron entry door and garage doors that would fit with their self-described and eclectic "modern pottery barn"...

The entry was pushed out and the original entry area enclosed. Since there was a higher-than-normal header, a custom, oversized wrought iron door was fabricated. The eyebrow arch and iron scroll work is replicated in the decor as well as hall entry-way.

Over 600 square feet in the kitchen with custom built-in around standard double refrigerators, professional cooking areas, and separate pantry (behind range). Custom poured concrete countertops with inlaid granite accentuate the rustic decor.

Most Ironman Doors customers prefer operating glass. This allows the full monsoon breeze to push through the house in the summer months. Custom screens are optional with all doors with operating glass.
