Project Overview:

- Construct a new balcony extending from the existing building
- Build a Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit (JADU) attached to the main building
- The JADU will include:
- Living area
- Kitchenette
- Bathroom
- Bedroom
- The project will include:
- Framing and structural work
- Installation of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Insulation, drywall, and interior finishes
- Exterior finishes, including siding, windows, and doors
- Roofing and waterproofing
- Final inspections and occupancy
