This exterior renovation project in Loveland, Ohio, features a complete transformation using premium James Hardie fiber cement products. The scope included tearing off all existing siding and trim and replacing it with James Hardie Lap Siding for the main body and James Hardie Straight Edge Shake in the garage gable for added architectural detail.

We used Arctic White James Hardie trim in multiple widths (4", 6", and 12") to frame the home with clean, timeless lines. The garage gable was built out to accommodate the new design, and gables were furred out for proper fit and finish. All materials used were smooth finish and installed using a nailed application for lasting durability.

Additional work included new Hardie fascia and soffit, full wrap window trim, and job site cleanup with landscaping protection throughout. The result is a stunning, low-maintenance exterior that’s built to last and engineered for Ohio’s climate.
