An old farmhouse just adjacent to public land needed to be rebuilt. Using timber selectively felled and mill on-site, Earthtone lifted the existing house, built a full basement, and added a second floor. A tower was built from select redwood harvested from the estate. Much of the decking used the same materials, while the interior paneling and trim was salvaged from the old house.
