An existing home in dire need of repair sat vacant on this beautiful property until the Owner had a vision to remodel it and add their personal eclectic touches to it. The only original piece left was the grand living room with old wood coffered ceiling.
The goal was to create a retreat for this couple who had a collection of art to display and the desire to incorporate some unique architectural elements a classic barn style home situated on acreage in coastal Sonoma County.
Much of the redwood used throughout the home was from trees that were on the site originally.
