Jennings Farm

The selection of artwork for your home is truly an emotional purchase…it’s going to be with you for quite a while, hopefully, so shouldn’t you pick something you’d like to live with and love? You can match coordinating colors till the cows come home, but how about this? What about choosing and/or having artwork created for you that you LOVE because of how it makes you feel…and then you plan your colorway and decor around the art?

With the artwork in these pics, whether it's a watery marsh coastal scene or abstract coastal scene painting over the mantle setting the tone, this cozy living area is larger when your in the room than it looks in the 3rd photo here! But this a great way to show it's 'comfy-factor'! It's a great area to gather friends and family for cocktails as everyone can join in the conversation and there is no 'visible' media to distract from your guests!

A feeling of 'comfortableness' is what most home owners are striving for! My clients want a home that looks 'effortlessly pretty'... beautifu, and they also want guests to feel they can come in and sit anywhere...enjoying a very hospitable space to relax, relate and enjoy the beauty around them!

Interiors evolve, layering happens over time, and should be a natural, not rushing, progression of your home. - M. Woolley Sauter, One Coast Design
