This 6,000 square foot home is built on Johnson's Island on Lake Erie. Our client owned a small Summer cottage on the lot. They hired us to "add on" to the cottage so they would have a permanent home for retirement. They also wanted the finished project to house their five grown, married children on the weekends. After we analyzed the requirements, our solution; build a new home. The Owner found a buyer for their existing cottage, which was moved to a new site. The home offers convenient weekday living for two with an expansive Master Suite, an efficient kitchen and lake views from every room in the home. Weekends, the home becomes a mini boutique hotel with three bedrooms and two baths over the three car garage. The entire family is happy!
