We built them a whole new island in the kitchen, tore down the pantry and built new cabinets for storage and a place to install a subzero refrigerator. We added 36 recessed lights throughout the first floor and installed three large chandeliers. The project is finished off with a faux stone kitchen backsplash that runs the length of the entire wall.
