We designed every detail in this home situated on a small urban in-fill lot that is uniquely placed at the end of 2 dead end streets. The home is decidedly modern with an open, expansive living space with 11' ceilings and over-sized south facing windows. A custom steel stair structure floats in the middle of the house, keeping the interior open and light-filled throughout. The kitchen opens up to an intimate urban back yard with a small lawn and custom cedar deck. The top, split-lever upper floors contain four bedrooms, two baths, and a sizable laundry room. The basement has another full bath, radiant floor heat, and an exercise area. The home utilizes many green finishes, including low-voc paints and sealers, spray foam insulation, low-e2 insulated windows, dual-flush toilets, and solar-gain design.
