June Hunter Tiles + Wood Panels
All tiles are available in 4, 6 and 8-inch square sizes.
The images are transferred by hand by June Hunter onto Italian marble. The transfer process uses archival non-fading inks and causes the image to become absorbed into the surface of the stone so that the form of the marble becomes part of the finished piece. The tiles are then sanded and given a heatproof coating. The colours are gorgeous and non-fading.
Combining beauty with practicality, the tiles are easily tough enough to use as coasters or trivets. The small tiles come with a cork backing for this purpose. However, if you want to display them on the wall, optional hangers are included. Great moisture proof artwork to hang in the kitchen or bathroom. For indoor use only.
