Scope of Work:

Office Bathroom, Kitchen and file room renovations:

Demolition of two staff bathrooms,and staff kitchen
New kitchen and bath cabinets
New flooring
New paint
New plumbing fixtures
New file cnd storage cabinets
The challenge here was that the office had to stay open and functional for the staff. The work was completed in two phases over the course of two weekends. Phase one was the renovation of the two bathrooms. Demolition started at 5:00 on Friday evening. All work was complete and washrooms fully functionalby Sunday evening. Phase two was done on a later weekend on the same schedule. There was no distrption to the staff work day.
