This room was completely separated from the kitchen with a large fireplace between the two spaces. We moved the fireplace to the back wall which allowed an open flow between the living room and kitchen.

This was the hallway space between the living room and kitchen. It is now a nice transition area with a fun church pew for extra seating.

By removing the huge fireplace, we were able to install this amazing island. It has seating on one side and a microwave drawer and wine refrigerator in the other side. It also has built in cookbook shelves and wine storage in the side. The pendant lights give it just the right finishing touch

This room was the former (unused) dining room. We transformed it into a usable sitting area with a quad of swivel chairs and beautiful art. The laundry room is hidden behind the sliding barn doors.

Custom hostess chairs and draperies complete this room and give it warmth and elegance

Dining Room

Beautiful and open kitchen. We removed a brick fireplace/cooktop between the kitchen and living room to give these lucky homeowners an open concept living room. The top of the line appliances and retractable skylights are the perfect finishing touches.

This was an unused dining room. We removed the wall and opened it up to the family room. By adding a quad seating these homeowners now have a cozyplace to sit and visit with family and friends.
