When our client purchased this brand new condo unit in Kerrytown, Ann Arbor, the walls were insulated...but no finish decisions had been made. We stepped in to help him choose all materials from flooring to custom cabinets to tile, lighting, and then furnishings and accessories. The goal was to create a fresh, modern space that mixed with his amazing collection of art.
