Keswick New Build

Property has been excavated, surveyed, and marked for the preparation of footings.

Concrete footings and rebar is complete. Our delivery of forms has arrived and it's time to erect them.

It's an exciting day when we pour the basement foundation.

Foundation is poured: time to start on the ground floor now. Let's put up some steel beams.

House wrap is complete, all walls that have a corresponding interior wall get wrapped, once the weeper is placed along the bottom of our walls, we are ready for backfill.

As the steel support beams are being installed, we double-check all the plumbing and sewer drainage. Definitely don't want to skimp on materials at this stage. They need to last a lifetime.

We are ready for lumber, we will order our steel posts once the framers have set the correct height of the beams.

Once the foundation is poured, everything else moves along at a fast pace. Working on the 2nd floor framing now.

In early February now, the roof is complete, windows are being installed, along with plumbing.

The homeowner has decided to go with a grey Permacon stone for the bottom half, and an Oaks dark red clay brick for the top half.

The bone structure of the kitchen is in. Time to bring in flooring, cabinetry, sinks, appliances, lighting, and finishes

The front foyer drywall is complete and level 1 taping complete. We are in the home stretch now.

Here you see the garage ceiling has been sprayed with high density foam. It's important for the homeowner that no car exhaust fumes escape through the roof or walls into the living space. It costs more but it's a great investment in quality of life.

The Master bedroom is nearing completion, with the painting and trim now finished. Next comes the fixtures and flooring.
