The stunning site provided much of the inspiration for the design of the landscape of this contemporary marsh-front Kiawah Island home. Native planting- dwarf palmetto, beauty berry, sweetgrass and spartina, are repeated in large sweeps. Granite and oyster shell paving echo the materials and geometry of the house, and connect the landscape, the home, and the larger site.
