Kim's Residence
Kim's Residence we took and outdated kitchen and bathrooms and transformed it to give it a luxurious and modern feel.
The space consists of 20 foot high ceilings that were lined with patterned wall paper. The original position of the refrigerator is later re positioned so that we could gain more counter space and cabinet storage. The under cabinet and top mounted ambient LED lighting truly brings out the staggered configuration of the wall cabinets. Cabinets are Vanilla Breeze finish all wood construction cabinets provided by 360 Interior Concept retail store. The cabinets are a raised panel, rustic yet contemporary, with all the soft closing, glass doors, decorative panels and crown molding.
Top of the cabinets are slate grey quartz countertops. Given the amount of time this family spends in the kitchen whether bonding, cooking, hosting gatherings, we figured we would use quartz which is maintenance free compared to it's natural stone siblings granite and marble
Italian marble subway tiles line the back splash of this kitchen. Cream colored with grey veining provide the perfect blend to the countertop and cabinetry.

HF Hickory Honey Italian 6 X 36 Italian Porcelain covers the heated floor system. The planks look almost as if they have wood plank characteristics in them while still providing protection from moisture
